The atmosphere was heavy with humidity the morning we went to Bonaventure Cemetery, near Savannah. It had rained most of the prior day, so the grounds were dripping with damp as well as with Spanish moss.

On a recent trip to Richmond, Virginia, we found this to be a very photogenic place, from the guard geese on Church Hill to Hollywood Cemetery and to Agecroft Hall, an Elizabethan manor house imported from England in the 1920's and reassembled above the James River.
